The Barryvox 2 can now connect to your phone through Bluetooth and download updates without needing to send the beacon away for maintenance or scheduling a visit to a shop. This simplifies the process of keeping your beacon current, making it more accessible than ever before. Another remarkable enhancement is the Voice Guidance feature, which verbally guides you through the search process during a rescue, reducing the potential for human error in a time-sensitive situation. If the beacon senses no movement for four minutes during a search, it will assume a secondary avalanche has occurred and will automatically revert to send mode.
