Holiday Shipping Guidelines

We encourage you to shop early to avoid delays during the busy holiday season. To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following cutoff dates:

National Orders (Canada-wide): December 12
Regional Orders (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan): December 18

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before December 25. These dates are an approximate guideline, delays with couriers may occur and we are not responsible for delays that result in orders arriving after December 25.

Shipping rates

Orders over $150: Free shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Use code FREESHIP at checkout to access.
- Vamoose e-Bikes are not eligible for free shipping.
- Oversized or heavy items, as well as deliveries to remote locations, may be excluded.
- Free shipping does not apply to northern provinces and territories when paddleboards are offered with limited time free-shipping offers. When free-shipping is not offered on paddleboards, Sea-Doo paddleboards are excluded due to their large shipping size and weight.
Orders under $150: Shipping is just $9.99 for most items under $150, depending on your location. More distant locales and heavier orders ship at $19.99 and up.
Our kids' ride on toy cars are shipped directly to you from Freddo Toys but please contact us for any questions or concerns.
Simply fill out your address during checkout and shipping will be calculated for you.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship to US addresses due to the removal of the "de minimis" duty exemption.
At this time we only ship within Canada. Unfortunately no further international options are available at this time.

Processing times

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing (on top of estimated shipping times). Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm MST (excluding statutory holidays).
If an item is out of stock, we may need to order it, which could add another 1–3 business days. We’ll contact you should this be the case.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes 2–9 business days, depending on location. Weekend courier service is limited, so pre-weekend orders may be slightly delayed. Please keep in mind shipping times aren’t guaranteed.
Some bulky items (e.g. tires, wheel kits, large accessories) are pickup-only at our West Edmonton store. If shipping isn’t available, it will be noted in the product description. While you may be able to complete an order, orders placed for non-shippable items will be cancelled and refunded.
Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order via Canada Post, Loomis, UPS, or FedEx.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout, based on your location and item details. Weekend service is limited, so pre-weekend orders may be delayed. Expedited shipping times aren’t guaranteed and don’t include our standard processing time.
Please be advised, we cannot ship compressed air or nitrogen canisters for our avalanche airbags by air, these can only be shipped by ground.

We are not responsible for loss or shipping damage once your parcel has been picked up from our care. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the condition of your parcel upon arrival, please contact us at estore@martinmotorsports.ca as we'll need to begin a claim on your behalf.
