This shovel features the same large blade and long shaft as the BCA Dozer 2T, now enhanced with a 9" saw integrated into the shaft for cutting wood limbs or conducting snow‑stability tests. It includes a low‑profile stompable blade, a cored‑out handle, and an ovo‑concave shaft, engineered with a concave radius on both sides to boost strength without adding weight. This shape also improves palm grip, much like a lacrosse stick, reducing slippage during heavy digging. All BCA extendable shovels meet the UIAA standard for avalanche‑rescue tools.
