Important information regarding delays in parts that get ordered from our manufacturers both over the counter and through warranty repairs performed in the shop.
Some orders from our manufacturers will be experiencing delays until the end of this summer. These challenges are also making it difficult to give our clients accurate information on when a part is due to arrive.
Why is this happening?
There are multiple reasons: it has to do with supply shortages, very high demand in the industry, staff shortages in the supply chain, the freeze in Texas, and even the ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal. The bottom line is that everyone is experiencing these delays and it is, unfortunately, out of our control.
We feel your pain – we do not like giving you the news that your items are delayed. We know and appreciate how important getting out on your toys to spend outdoor time with your family is.
Please know we are doing everything we can to get you your parts as soon as possible and to communicate about order status, but delays are out of our control and this is going to be happening for a while.
Here are some things you can do to be proactive:
- When you need something, seek it out as early as possible.
- Be prepared for extended delays.
- If you are getting repairs done a temporary fix might be needed.
- Don't be surprised if the arrival times change (even multiple times). Again, we have no control over what happens with our suppliers and dates have been changing often.
