USA Duty & Shipping Policies

Duty Fees

  • We are now able to ship again to the US.
  • Due to the removal of the "de minimis" duty exemption, duties generally must be prepaid before shipping from Canada to the US. Therefore we are charging a flat fee of 35% on all orders to cover the variable fees and duties that we are forced to pay on every order we ship to you.
  • This fee will be calculated based on your order subtotal and will appear as an item in your cart. 
  • You will be required to click the "Accept" button when you are checking out. Clicking this button means that you understand you are accepting a 35% fee on the subtotal of your order, before taxes and shipping. The duty fee is taxable.
  • This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of returns. Like shipping, it is a service fee and cannot be refunded for any reason.

Shipping info

  • Unfortunately American orders are not able to qualify for free shipping.
  • Our kids' ride on toy cars are unable to ship to the US.
    • BRP products (Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo) are unable to ship to the US. Check your nearest local dealer for products.
    • Current 509 products are unable to ship to the US. We are able to ship on-sale, non-current products to the US.
    • Current KLIM products are unable to ship to the US. We are able to ship on-sale, non-current products to the US.
    • Simply fill out your address during checkout and shipping will be calculated for you.

    Processing times

    • Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing (on top of estimated shipping times). Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm MST (excluding statutory holidays).
    • If an item is out of stock, we may need to order it, which could add another 1–3 business days. We’ll contact you should this be the case.

    Shipping and Delivery Times

    • Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days, depending on location. Weekend courier service is limited, so pre-weekend orders may be slightly delayed. Please keep in mind shipping times aren’t guaranteed.
    • Some bulky items (e.g. tires, wheel kits, large accessories) are pickup-only at our West Edmonton store. If shipping isn’t available, it will be noted in the product description. While you may be able to complete an order, orders placed for non-shippable items will be cancelled and refunded.
    • Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order.
    • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout, based on your location and item details. Weekend service is limited, so pre-weekend orders may be delayed. Expedited shipping times aren’t guaranteed and don’t include our standard processing time.
    • Please be advised, we cannot ship compressed air or nitrogen canisters for our avalanche airbags by air, these can only be shipped by ground.

    Returns and damages

    • See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information should you need to return your item. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs.
    • We are not responsible for loss or shipping damage once your parcel has been picked up from our care. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the condition of your parcel upon arrival, please contact us at estore@martinmotorsports.ca as we'll need to begin a claim on your behalf.
